Nutrition: does it Affect my Body and Endometriosis?

Nutrition and Endometriosis

Below  are pictures of vegetables that have been deprived of certain  nutrients. This is a simplistic way of grasping what can happen in the  human body over extended periods of time.

You  can view your body as a large detoxification powerhouse, continually  rebuilding and repairing 24/7. When you lack these resources, a slow  breakdown begins and disease sets in.  It is impossible for one organ to  simply become diseased, it takes multiple organs or systems to become  weakened causing a chain of events (symptoms) ending in a “disease”,  such as endometriosis.

Deep Healing and Long Lasting Effects

When  you focus on weak area’s in the body your biochemistry begins to shift  and a deeper long lasting healing occurs. The Whole Body Approach is  what makes the difference between natural medicine and conventional. My  extensive knowledge in endometriosis and my unique approach allows your  whole body to repair itself and bring the body back into balance.

There  is a particular group of organs and systems that are deeply tied in  with endometriosis, the key is rebalancing one organ at a time. Never  overburdening the body with too much detoxifying. Along with detoxifying  you have to look at diet and its roll. A simple way of thinking about  how the body can shift into a zone of depletion or toxic overload is  shown in pictures below.

Pictures of Veggie Deficiencies

This is a very simplistic way of looking at what can happen to  body when there is an imbalance of nutrients. What do you suppose could  happen to the human body when it lacks nutrients over extended time like  these veggies?

Calcium

This  tomato suffers from a deficiency in calcium. Perhaps you have seen this  in your own garden. These symptoms can also be found in melons,  cucumbers, and peppers.

Iron

Iron  is essential for plants to make chlorophyll. Iron also helps "fix" a  nitrogen problem in the soil. You may see this deficiency in your  neighborhood tree's.

Boron

Potassium

Boron  deficiency causes growth reduction. It is the most common minor  nutrient missing in vegetable crops. Boron is needed for protein  synthesis and increases flower set, which in turn increases bounty.

Poor flesh development is caused by a deficiency in potassium.

Yes, we are Hardier, But Not By as Much As You Think!

Granted,  we have a more complex system than a vegetable garden, and we can  withstand depletion longer than the growing season of a tomato, ask  yourself, how many years can we neglect our bodies before some type of  symptom surfaces? Whether it’s fruit, vegetable, or the human body,  lacking a balanced state results in disease. Don’t always assume when  something is lacking in our diet we can miraculously find a way to to  overcome it. The body will rob from another area in the body to stay  level. Opposite of lacking nutrients, we can overburden the body with  types of food that bog down and block the natural flow of our system.  Clearing the toxicity and creating a balanced flow brings new health and  energy to the body.

Imagine  what happens when you intake just enough vitamins and minerals to keep  acute symptoms from showing, but not enough to keep your organs and  systems from breaking down slowly.

In  the natural health field I see this everyday, it's what I refer to as  the "grey area" simply because it goes unrecognized and baffles many.  The deprivation of nutrients in our prepackaged and fast food society  has become pandemic allowing disease to settle in younger generations.  They should be enjoying health, not pain, pills and endless visits to  the doctors office.

Simply  changing your diet is not enough to remove the toxic buildup in your  body, with professional help you can detoxify and drain specific organs  and bring the body back into balance. Tweeking the diet along side the  detoxification brings a well balanced state back to the body. Changes in  diet can be made slowly and generally and most diets can stay somewhat  the same with minor changes. This creates new found health for you to  enjoy the rest of your life.
